| INTRODUCTION |
Coming onto a new website can sometimes be quite confusing and daunting. This series of articles provides an easy to use step by step guide on how to use all the features on the website. If you are still having difficulty, please post your questions in the "Help Wanted" section of the forum. Of course one of the best way sto learn abou the site is to just explore, but below i have a 'jump to' menu for convienance. just click on one ofthe buttons in the image below totake you to short tutorial on what it does and how to use it. | FRONT PAGE Go There Now |
The front page of thepokerpod.com contains the basic navigation tools from which you can explore the site. At the top we have the menu bar. This is available on every page throughout the site. If you ever want to come back to the front page you can simply press the "start" button (highlighted in fig#1) and this will bring you back to the main page.

| GALLERY Go There Now |
The gallery section contains all the the downloads for the customs tables. This part of the site will grow everyday so always worth checking out any new designs!. the best submitted designs will be hosted on the front page, with one each month having a speacial place of its own!. If you wouldlike a custom theme made for you, perhaps with your name on the table, you can request this in the forum section entiltled "custom theme" requests.

The forum is the main "body" of the site and here you can interact with othe rmembers share stories, hand histories, jokes and advice. To ensure the forum isnt over loaded you will not find all your link options on the forum page. In order to visit sections such as the "articles archive" and the "poker Quiz" you will need to go back to the "start" page which you can do by simply pressing the "pokerpod" button as shown in fig#3 below, A complete guide on how to use the forum can be found here (note the help button is only available when you are logged out of the forum) Inside the forum you can also message and receive messages from members within the thepokerpod.com. |

the calendar lists all the private tournaments and regular weekly tournaments that are members are invited too. In some of the "open" tournaments" the password will be displayed but some you may need to message the organiser or hosts.

Simply hit the chat button on the top menu bar, sign in with your username and password and away you go!

| VIDEOS Go There Now |
The video section lists all the best videos that have been posted by members in the "video" section of the forum. The topics can range from WSOP, funny videos too training videos which are linked to the "article" section of thepokerpod.com.Most videos will be embedded from YouTube, however some you may find are in "adobe flash" format (.flv) and you will need the latest version of "flash" on your browser in order to view them (this is a freeware application and most browsers have them installed automatically)

On the front page you may have noticed the three tabs, latest News; Schedule; and Tools/links. (fig#6) Each of these displays a diffrent body on the front page and contains some of the most popular links. LATEST NEWS The latest news tab will be the first page you see when coming onto the pokerpod.com. On here will be all the latest events, news from members, up coming tournaments and announcements, the latest custom tables and videos, and any competitions that we may be running. The page is continually updated so a great stop off point tofind out the latest happenings in online poker SCHEDULES The schedule Tab is an expansion on the Calender section where up coming tournaments are promoted and events on all the major poker sites are displayed. Theer is also a real time FULL TILT POKER widget which tells you which tournamenst are happening at the time. TOOL & LINKS This tab provides a useful array of links that can help you during your poker games such as an odds calculator and player searches. When poker is getting you down there are a selection o fpastime gamesthat you can play which are being added to every day. Coupled with this, thepokerpod.com likes to make you aware ofotherforums out there that can help you improve your game. these are displayed together with a short description of what that forum is about (see fig#8)

The control panel can be found on all pages except for the forum and provides a quick navigation tool to explore the site (see fig#9 below) GAMES The games section provides detailed instructions on how to play a variety of different poker games explaining their rules and strategies. At the end of each article is an index with all the articles on that particular game that exist in the article archive.archive. PROTIPS This page lists all the latest tips from the Full Tilt Poker Poker pros providing good advice on all aspects of poker. An archive of all the pro tips can be found at the bottom of the page. The pro tips are updated daily! ARTICLES This page provides a comprehensive archive of all the poker related articles submitted by thepokerpod members. All articles or split into catogories to makesearching for exactly what your looking for alot easier! REVIEWS The review section provides comprehensive reviews of all the poker rooms and best deals available for new sign up players. There is also a book review section provided by members of thepokerpod.com which gives their views and comments on all poker related books and is continously updated. DAILY QUIZ The daily quiz is another Full Tilt Poker widget which provides quiz questions each day for pokerpod players. The hands and answers can be discussed in the pokerpod forum. AFFILIATES This page provides a complete list of all www.thepokerpod.com's list of affiliates.
