Im guessing that because Jack changed the time for last week, instead of changing it back to regular time they took it off the schedule.  Jack probably  has to e-mail them to get it back on.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes regarding private tourneys,
only the tournament host can make updates in these type of events.

However, if you would like to create your own private event, we are pleased
to grant you privileges to create your own regular private tournaments at
PokerStars. Your account has been updated accordingly. If you are currently
logged in, you will need to close the PokerStars program and start a new
session in order to update this function in your Lobby. 
 
Let me know if you guys want me to set it up, gotta response from stars support with in 5 mins simply amazing
